FIIB’s PGDM opens with a one-week Orientation and a three-week Foundation Program that trains you to diagnose business problems, analyze evidence, evaluate alternatives and apply AI. Five terms then build core management, analytics and AI alongside skill bootcamps, Experiential Lab Studios and Personal Growth Labs. The Social Internship, a 10–12 week Corporate Internship, two Career Pathway Simulations and the Guided Independent Study turn that learning into proof of what you can do.
